M&G Commerce Ltd provides wholesale distribution services to business customers only.

Delivery arrangements, timelines, and costs are agreed on a case-by-case basis, depending on product type, order size, and destination. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure orders are handled efficiently and delivered in a timely manner.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier availability, logistics, or external factors beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details are provided at the time of order.

As a wholesale business, all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The goods are materially defective upon delivery

  • The goods received do not match the agreed order

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Returns are subject to inspection and approval

  • Refunds or replacements, where applicable, will be processed once the returned goods have been received and verified

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Overstock or unsold inventory

  • Damage caused after delivery
